The compelling 2000 Villa Fidelia is a blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc. It exhibits a Margaux-like elegance as well as a beautiful perfume of white flowers intermixed with black currants, high quality toasty oak, and a hint of rich espresso. Medium to full-bodied, sweet, stylish, gorgeously symmetrical, elegant, and powerful, with a 35-second finish, it can be drunk now or cellared for 12-15 years.
