The deeply-colored 1991 offers an exotic nose of black-cherries, coffee, chocolate, and cinnamon, fine depth, and a chewy, cassis richness to its fruit. Supple, with low acidity, and a plump, fleshy feel, this medium-bodied, attractively made, well-endowed wine should drink well for 7-8 years. Kudos to Giscours for their fine efforts in 1991 and 1992!
