Almost as good as the stellar 2016, the 2017 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is full-bodied, plump and round, with lashings of pineapple, tangerine and lime-like aromas and flavors. An equal-parts blend of Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc and Roussanne, made mostly in stainless steel, it finishes long, crisp and mouthwatering.
