The 2007 Brut Reserva was made from free-run juice. Medium straw-colored, it presents an excellent perfume of biscuit, mineral, and white fruits. Crisp, concentrated, and dry on the palate, this well-balanced, flavorful bubble will provide pleasure over the next 3 years. The two Cava offerings from Bodegas Sumarroca are excellent values in sparkling wine.
