What a shame this man does not own any Premier Cru or Grand Cru vineyards. His 1986 Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes is quite amazing stuff. Packed with fruit, deep in color, rich, long, very fragrant, and intense, this sensational wine drinks well now but should last until 1996-1997.
