Deep brown in color and a bit cloudy, the 1985 Hill of Grace has sweaty saddles notes over dried cherries and menthol-laced / medicinal notes. Very tart, crisp and hard, it has chewy bordering on astringent tannins and barely any fruit left on the palate.
