The 2007 Rose Brut Reserva is made up of 60% Monastrell, 20% Garnacha, and 20% Pinot Noir. Cherry red in color with a lovely perfume of rose petal, strawberry, and rhubarb, on the palate it displays a smooth texture, savory flavors, good balance, and a medium-long finish.
