The rosé wine is offered quite young, already on the 2013 vintage. Produced exclusively with red grapes, 60% Monastrell and equal parts of Garnacha and Pinot Noir, the 2013 Rosé Brut Reserva matured in the bottle for 18 months and was adjusted to seven grams of sugar after disgorging. Bright pink-colored, the nose is redolent of strawberries and some yeasts. The palate explodes with bubbles and the acidity is quite pungent, denoting youth. It needs food. 50,000 bottles produced.
