2016年份教堂園酒莊（Chateau L'Eglise）紅葡萄酒采用80%的梅洛（Merlot）和20%的品麗珠（Cabernet Franc）混釀而成，釀酒葡萄是加爾桑-勒維克（Garcin-Leveque）家族所有酒莊中采收最早的部分（早于巴德酒莊 （Chteau Barde-Haut）、阿爾塞酒莊（Chateau d'Arce）和波西亞酒莊（Chateau Poesia））。這款酒的pH值達(dá)到3.65，并在100%的法國新橡木桶中熟成。酒款香氣非常濃郁，散發(fā)著浸漬的小粒黑櫻桃、覆盆子醬、牡蠣殼和碎紫羅蘭的香氣，風(fēng)格清晰且具有穿透力。酒款酒體中等，單寧有顆粒感，帶有層層黑胡椒點(diǎn)綴的黑色水果風(fēng)味和一絲黑胡椒風(fēng)味，略顯耐嚼的質(zhì)地貫穿酒款和諧的余味，是近年來我遇到過的最為原始風(fēng)格的酒款之一。桶中熟成將為這款波美侯（Pomerol）葡萄酒增添一絲別樣光彩，值得在瓶中陳釀數(shù)年。

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2016 Clos ‘’Eglise (a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc) rolls seductively out of the glass with notions of chocolate covered cherries, preserved plums and blueberry compote with hints of sautéed herbs, yeast extract, pain grillé, peppered salami and tilled soil. Full-bodied, concentrated and totally sensuous in the mouth, it has a wonderfully plush texture and just enough freshness supporting generous fruit layers, going to a long, savory sparked finish.

這款風(fēng)味鮮明但酒體飽滿的年輕紅葡萄酒散發(fā)著漿果香氣，單寧堅(jiān)實(shí)，風(fēng)味充沛而濃郁，是一款有趣而活潑的試飲酒款。2015年后飲用可能更佳。

Fresh, bouncy blueberry and boysenberry fruit is hard to resist, while lively anise and fruitcake notes fill in behind it. Has a gloss of spice-infused toast on the finish, but that should meld with the élevage, as the fruit is copious. Barrel Sample:92-95 Points
