Deeper-colored with more extract and richness as well as better acidity, the 2010 Chateauneuf du Pape retains the elegance and attractive rich fruit found in the 2009, but larger volume and a more concentrated, slightly longer mouthfeel. It should drink well for 10-12 years. (Not yet released)These wines (approximately 2,000 cases produced) are made from a blend of 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah and the rest Mourvedre and Cinsault aged primarily in stainless steel with the Syrah and Mourvedre spending time in smaller barrels and demi-muids.No known American importer.
