Apricot, honeysuckle, and peach characteristics emerge from the 2000 Manna (an intriguing blend of 50% Riesling, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Traminer, and 10% Sauvignon). All of this blend is tank-fermented and aged save for a small portion of the Chardonnay, which spends time in barrel. With loads of fruit, fine ripeness as well as purity, compelling richness, and vigorous freshness, it should be enjoyed over the next 12-16 months.
