1999年的Cabernet Sauvignon Bin 707呈深寶石紅/紫色，散發(fā)著濃郁的黑醋栗、皮革和甘草的香氣，給人無限的遐想。該酒入口后釋放出極為充沛的黑醋栗味和淡淡的木榴油、泥土、松露和橡木的味道。酸的含量雖然比較高，但很可能大部分是人工添加的，這真令人遺憾，因為天然的酸味才令人印象深刻。高酸度使得人的口腔發(fā)麻，并使余味變得尖刺。然而，不管怎么說，這是一款極佳的Cabernet葡萄酒，適合在10-12年內(nèi)飲用。

A serious red, dense with color and packed with mint- and bay leaf-scented cherry and currant flavors, finishing with a dusky note as it all lingers on the fine-grained finish. Needs cellaring.
