The 2012 Nuvol Blanc, which is a blend of Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca aged in inox vats with the lees for six months. A small percentage of the wine is matured in old 500-liter oak foudres. It is a fruit-driven, clean, delineated white wine with aromas of white fruit and fennel with a dense palate with good volume and structure, ending pleasantly warm and slightly bitter. I’m not too sure what are the reasons for having all these separate projects producing wines from the same regions and often fermented and aged in the same premises, but there you go.
