The white 2013 Nuvol Blanc is a blend of Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca that matured in stainless steel tanks in contact with the lees for five months. Most of the wine spent a further five months in well-seasoned 500-liter oak barrels. Esparto grass, hay and straw, a yeasty hint and a core of white and yellow fruit define the nose. The palate has good volume and acidity, ending dry. 2,937 bottles produced.
