One of the most elegant, seamless and silky whites coming out of the appellation, the Armenier's 2013 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is blend of 70% Roussanne and 30% Bourboulenc, Clairette and Grenache Blanc, that spends seven months, on lees, in stainless steel before bottling. The 2013 is a pretty, lively effort that gives up notions of white flowers, citrus and tangerine to go with a medium to full-bodied, pure and refreshing style. It will continue to gain richness with time in bottle and drink nicely for 2-4 years.
