The 2010 Barolo Cannubi shows great intensity on the bouquet and less momentum in the mouth. The nose is redolent of ripe cherry and forest fruit with leather, rosemary and autumnal leaf. The mouth is streamlined and light. What it lacks in heft, it makes up for in length. Give it five years or more to further develop. Drink: 2016-2025.
