From a strong vintage for Prunotto, the 1998 Barbaresco is a light offering, but it possesses stylish, attractive, sweet raspberry and cherry fruit mixed with dried herb and spice box characteristics. Although neither concentrated nor deep, it is round, luscious, well-balanced, richly fruity, and harmonious. Enjoy it over the next 6-7 years.
