The 2011 Rosado Sinfo Fermentado En Barrica is the same blend as the 50 Vendimias, but with four months on the fine lees in American oak. It offers an attractive Morello cherry and strawberry-scented bouquet that is reminiscent of a light Pinot Noir. The palate is well-balanced with good weight in the mouth, that American oak lending light mocha notes that do not impede upon the red fruit.
