Medium ruby with a tinge of purple, the 2016 Gamay Noir has a nose of black cherry and black berry with nuances of floral perfume, warm baking spice and dusty earth. Medium-bodied, it’s peppery in the mouth with good concentration of dark fruits accented by spice/earth notes, framed by fine-grained tannins and juicy acidity, finishing on an earthy note. 650 cases produced.
