Always one of the last to be released, his 2000 Condrieu Coteaux du Vernon is spectacular, but is probably best drunk over the next two years. It reveals tremendous liquid minerality intermixed with honeysuckle, pineapple, and other tropical fruit notes. Full-bodied, with laser-like precision and tremendous staying power, it is a big, intense white that comes across as light on its feet. Absolutely yummy, enjoy it over the next 1-2 years.
