Proprietors Jean-Paul and Joachim Autard continue to produce fine Chateauneuf du Papes. The 1994 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee La Cote Ronde reveals sweet pain grillee and jammy black-cherry fruit notes. The wine is full-bodied and concentrated, with good structure, excellent purity, and a long, deep, concentrated finish with admirable fruit, extract, glycerin, and sweet tannin.
