Martin Prieur, with the assistance of Nadine Gublin, has fashioned a marvelous 1999 Meursault Clos Mazeray. This medium to dark ruby-colored wine offers a candied raspberry-scented nose with hints of new oak. It has gorgeous breadth of sweet, supple, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry fruit in its medium-bodied personality. This impressively supple wine is satin-textured, flavorful, and exquisitely ripe.
