The finest dry Riesling I have ever tasted from Australia, this full-bodied, surprisingly intense, concentrated Riesling (13.5% alcohol) reveals gobs of citrusy, lemony, honeyed fruit in its floral-scented aromatics. The wine is 100% tank fermented with lees stirring, thus displaying a degree of complexity, richness, and body that are atypical for a Riesling. However, all the Riesling varietal character is well-displayed in this cleanly made, fleshy style of dry Riesling. It should drink well for 2-3 years, perhaps longer.
