Grosset's 1997 Polish Hill Riesling is a classic, dry Riesling with copious quantities of lemony, citrusy, mineral-like flavors presented in a zesty, vibrant, well-delineated format. The wine is medium-bodied, with excellent length, and plenty of nervous energy and tension. Drink it over the next 1-3 years. While tasting this wine I thought of a number of Asian dishes with which it would work splendidly well.
