From a higher altitude vineyard, the 2003 Riesling Polish Hill reveals more color than the Watervale, as well as additional tropical fruit notes (oranges and pineapples) along with the tell-tale lemon zest and crushed rocks. Although a bigger, fleshier Riesling, it remains light to medium-bodied and beautifully intense. It should drink well for 1-2 years. This wine is finished with a screw cap.
