The 2004 cuvee reveals high acid and a dark ruby color. The Privilege shows a more savory texture than the tradition, with slightly darker color, and sweeter fruit. It is a medium-bodied, elegant, somewhat restrained, and marginally substantial Chateauneuf du Pape. It is best drunk during its first 5-7 years of life.
