The 2010 Crozes-Hermitage Les Hirondelles possesses lots of black olive, tapenade, steak tartare, fruitcake, black currant, licorice and graphite characteristics. This rich, medium to full-bodied 2010 Crozes is capable of lasting up to a decade. Three cuvees of Crozes-Hermitage emerge from Domaine Pradelle. All three 2010s basically scored the same, even though differentiating between them was relatively easy. No known American importer.
