The medium-bodied 1995 Barolo Vigna Giachini is a tannic, restrained example, with a moderate ruby color revealing amber at the edge. The moderately-scented bouquet reveals tobacco, dried herbs, and cherry fruit. This closed Barolo needs another 1-2 years of bottle age. It should drink well for 10-12 years.
